One of the easiest, fastest spreads/dips you can make. Serve with Pitas or Challah on Shabbos.
2 cups walnuts
1/2 t each: cumin, sugar, salt
1 jar 12 ounce roasted red peppers, drained
1 clove garlic
2 T olive oil
2 t lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Store in frig.
